Shipping

At Maison Liana, we ship your order within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

  • Morocco: We currently offer Cash on Delivery.

  • International shipping: Coming soon — stay tuned for updates!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or an exchange based on the following conditions:

International Customers (outside Morocco)

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • Refunds or exchanges are available, provided the return meets our conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers in Morocco

  • You may request an exchange only within 2 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds for domestic orders.

Return Conditions

Please note, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • The item has any strong odor (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • It is a customized or personalized product

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period

  • The product was purchased on sale (only eligible for a voucher)

Defects or Wrong Items

If your order has a defect or if you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with clear photos at info@maisonliana.com

  • Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted

  • Products that have been worn or damaged after use are not eligible for return

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • These charges are not included in your order total

Refunds

Once we inspect and approve your return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (for international customers)

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

If a return is declined:

  • The item will be sent back to you at your expense

  • If return shipping is not paid within 3 months, the product will be discarded
