  • Pre-orders and custom-made pieces may take longer, depending on demand.
    Please note that slight variations in color or detail may occur due to the handmade nature of the garments.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

✦ Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver throughout Morocco via trusted courier services.

  • International shipping will be available soon.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Maison Liana is not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, when applicable.

✦ Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging

  • There are no stains, perfumes, or signs of wear

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Morocco.

  • Online payment options for international orders will be available soon.
